Our commitment
Workplace AI Governance aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The 27 October 2026 release checked representative pages for keyboard access, visible focus, skip links, navigation, search, accordions, forms, headings, landmarks, labels, names, roles, states, colour contrast, reduced motion, 320 CSS-pixel reflow and zoom behaviour.
What we have done
- Corrected the brand link's accessible name.
- Improved footer contrast and focus indicators.
- Added programmatic form errors and descriptive labels.
- Kept semantic HTML versions of downloadable templates.
- Made optional analytics consent keyboard accessible and denied by default.
Known limitations
Automated checks cannot find every accessibility barrier. Downloadable DOCX templates have structural accessibility checks, but behaviour may vary between Word versions and assistive technologies. No claim of external specialist certification is made.
